The concept of radical-polar crossover (RPC) has emerged as a profoundly important strategy in modern organic synthesis, significantly expanding the synthetic chemist's toolbox. Its paramount importance is deeply tied to green chemistry, particularly in terms of atom economy and environmentally friendliness. On the other hand, alkenes represented by enamide scaffolds have attracted increasing attention among the chemical community as pivotal and versatile building blocks which are of recognized synthetic value in the construction of biologically and pharmaceutically active molecules. Recently, our group has developed a plethora of efficacious and robust methodologies for the b-C(sp2)-H functionalization of enamide via oxidative RPC, as well as the difunctionalization of enamides, vinyl azaarenes and enones via reductive RPC. The synthetic importance of those methodologies was highlighted by the broad substrate scopes, outstanding functional group compatibilities and a diverse array of synthetic applications towards various synthetically and pharmaceutically crucial lead compounds.
主讲人介绍:
赵恺,南京工业凯旋官网有机化学系主任,教授,江苏省双创人才。博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工凯旋官网,师从国际著名有机化学专家,新加坡科学院院士Loh-Teck Peng教授,2015-2017年在南洋理工凯旋官网进行博士后研究。2017年加入南京工业凯旋官网开展独立研究工作,任课题组长。赵恺教授主要研究方向为绿色化学与自由基化学,具体包括环境友好条件下基于自由基极性交叉策略的烯酰胺骨架的区域及立体选择性官能化、基于氢键调控及抗衡阴离子导向的烯烃不对称官能化等。近年来,在Chemical Society Reviews,Journal of the American Chemical Society,Chemical Science,Green Chemistry, Chinese Chemical Letters等国际一流期刊上发表研究论文20余篇,影响因子总和突破300,累计被引2000余次。主持国家自然科学基金,国家重点研发计划,江苏省高校面上项目,江苏省有机合成重点实验室开放课题,广东省催化化学重点实验室开放课题等。任The Journal of Organic Chemistry助理编辑,Chinese Chemical Letters青年编委。教学能力出众,获第三届全国高校教师教学创新大赛基础课程正高组国奖,江苏省高校教师教学创新大赛特等奖。
